INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and dried

  • Taco Seasoning

  • Nutritional Yeast

  • Avocado oil

  • Salt


DIRECTIONS

SERVINGS: 3-4 PREP/COOK TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

  1. Coat dried chickpeas with avocado oil and salt.

  2. Air fry or bake them at 375 for about 15-20 min (air fryer) and 25 min (oven) tossing them at least once throughout.

  3. Take out of oven and immediately coat with taco seasoning and nutritional yeast.

I love crispy chickpeas! They are seriously the perfect addition to any salad or to just snack on by themselves. They are delicious in a taco bowl and seasoned with taco seasoning like I talk about above but I also wanted to mention a few other ideas you can try out using the same methods above and a different seasoning!
