Baked Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 banana

  • 3/4 cup of oats

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • Pinch of salt

  • Chocolate Chips or Strawberries


DIRECTIONS

SERVINGS: 2-3 PREP/COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES

  1. Put all ingredients in blender except chocolate chips

  2. Blend everything

  3. Pour mixture into ramekins and stir in chocolate chips or strawberries

  4. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes

Baked oats are probably my favorite of all the TikTok trends I’ve seen go around. It is seriously the most delicious mini breakfast cake I’ve ever had! You can mix in whatever you want, I like strawberry, chocolate, blueberries and raspberries most! The recipe is so simple too, you literally blend everything together and pour it into a pan. Now if you don’t have ramekins you are using you might need to adjust the measurements a bit to fit the pan you are using, but also having ramekins is the most useful dish in the kitchen for prep work, dips, and more. My favorite brand is Sweese and you can buy them on Amazon here.
